These mints are amazing!!! I have 2-4 if I'm going to the mall or need to slow my ADHD brain down so I can relax and be around lots of people without feeling anxious they last for about 4 hours+ also, so you don't need to keep taking them. If I have them in the evening I get a proper nights rest which is something I haven't had in years without prescription medication.
